DELIVERY POLICY

The delivery costs on our baking tools go exclusively to delivery services. As we are a smalle company, we do not have any company agreement with a delivery partner, and all our products are shipped with the shipping service we rate as best, fastest and cheapest at the time. Delivery time may vary, however we have a goal to ship out orders within 2-4 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 10-12 business days within EU and international shipping 12-14 business days. If we don't ship to your country - please send us a request through our contact form for a postage estimation.

Please note, for our international customers outside of the EU, be aware of possible import taxes which can also prolong shipping time.
